Main causes of heating in Gear Oil pump

In the use of gear oil pump, there will be a pump body fever, the reasons are as follows:
1. High ambient temperature , small tank volume , poor heat dissipation , these will heat pump .
2. The gear pump heating shall be caused by various reasons of poor rotation of the gear oil pump , and the gear pump shall be treated separately :
（1）There is dirt in the gear oil pump. Disintegrate it to clear the dirt.
（2）Axial or radial clearance is too small. Readjust it.
（3）Coaxial difference between pump and engine coupling. Coaxality should be within 0.1 mm.
（4）No demagnetization of pump parts. All parts should be demagnetized before assembly.
（5）The working oil outlet was blocked to remove dirt.
（6）The machining datum of the two pin holes of the gear oil pump is not the assembly datum. If the pin is pushed in first, and then the screw is tightened, the pump will not turn. The correct method is to tighten the screw while turning the gear pump. Finally, drill the pin hole and drive the pin.
3. The viscosity of the oil is too high or too low, and the oil is selected again.
4. The side plate, the axle sleeve and the gear end face is rubbed seriously. Repair or replace them. The exclusion method may also be carried out with reference to it.
