4 key problems in the design and manufacture of hydraulic system

1,Pollution problems
(1)The main reason for the failure and failure of hydraulic components is that there are contaminants in hydraulic oil
(2) There are various forms of pollutants in oil and come from different sources
Therefore, the pollution control of the hydraulic system should take effective measures according to the source of the pollution and suit the remedy to the case.

2, Leakage control
The oil in the hydraulic system should flow or stay in the chamber or pipeline of the hydraulic component, and the different chamber has different pressure.
If the oil passes through the boundary because of some reason, it flows to the other cavity or system outside which it should not go, and that is the leakage.
Leakage from high pressure cavity to low pressure cavity is internal leakage, leakage from component or pipeline to external is leakage.

3, Noise control
(1)Noise is a kind of public nuisance.
(2)Noise in industrial enterprises or workplaces is limited.
The main noise source of the hydraulic system is the hydraulic pump, and the noise of the hydraulic pump is reduced. After years of domestic efforts, remarkable improvement has been achieved.

4, Factory test
Before cleaning the hydraulic system assembly, at least the cleanliness inspection, pressure test and sealing test, functional test should be carried out
The function test includes pump operation function test, loop function test and noise test, etc.
